1 year ago...
Today, June 25th, marks 1 year ago that I saw Prince live for the first time. It was such a crazy night and I enjoyed every bit of it. I remember the shock and excitement of finding out about the small concert only a week in advance and searching like crazy for sold out tickets, only to find some on eBay.
We went to the concert for 11pm but it only started around 12:30am and it did not end until 4am. I had a blast and took a few photos and videos which are memories I treasure deeply even though they are not the best quality. I will never forget that night.
I was hoping he would play again at the Jazz Fest this year but I guess he likes to maintain the reputation for never doing anything you would expect... I hope he returns one day!

Customized Mugs
Been looking for a Prince/Purple Rain mug for a while now and I can't seem to find any so of course when I can't find what I want... I make it myself! I have already made my own posters and t-shirts using websites that print your custom designs.
So I checked a few different websites out, trying to find the cheapest and I found one and quickly made a couple of designs. Oh boy was it hard to choose! I want them all but it gets expensive and I mean, how many mugs do I really need? I already have so many in the house as it is and I rarely even drink from a mug, haha.
So which one did I choose? I had to go with the wraparound mug, I liked it the most. And the funny thing is that it was the last design I made. I guess I was just not satisfied with the way the first 2 came out.
I can't wait until my mug arrives in the mail! I will take a picture when I get it.

FAME
Lady GaGa will be releasing her first perfume called "FAME" this fall... I cannot wait, it is a must have!
Cool Purses
I have always been a fan of unusual purses that resemble other things. I used to sport a shoe purse in high school and a radio purse in college. At my work a woman came in with a telephone purse and I think it is so nice! I looked online and found it except she has a nice teal colored one and I couldn't find that color. She told me she also has a teapot purse and I looked up that one too and think it is adorable. Maybe one day I will buy some!

Orange lipstick
So the new trend is bright colors in fashion and makeup.
I went to Sephora last month with a friend and saw a whole set up of orange eye shadow, orange eyeliner, orange nail polish, orange lipstick, orange everything! My friend wanted to try out that sort of thing but I was not interested. She bought a couple of the orange items and I did not try or buy anything. A few weeks later I saw my cousin and she was rocking orangey pink lipstick with an orange sweater and I couldn't get over how nice it looked so I had to go back to Sephora and try some orange lipsticks. I tried a a bunch of different ones but in the end it came down to a pinky orange one and an orange one. I liked the pinkish one more but I was supposed to be buying an Orange one! I couldn't decide so I had to buy both!
