Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has announced via her Facebook page that yes, there will be a third season of "Snooki & JWoww" And it will focus on showing her son Lorenzo growing up and her friendship with her best friend JWoww Jenny Farley... can't wait!

Suspicious package outside Lionel-Groulx metro station

Montreal's morning commuters were faced with delays on Wednesday as police investigated a suspicious package found shortly after 7 a.m. outside the Lionel-Groulx metro station.The metro station was evacuated. Montreal's public transit corporation said the green and orange lines are both running, but not stopping at the station.

On the Ville-Marie expressway, the Atwater exit remained closed at 9:45 a.m.
Investigators used a bomb-disabling robot to inspect the package.
An officer on the scene said it's likely the scare is a false alarm.

Bus lines that normally stop at the Lionel-Groulx station are being rerouted along Delisle Street.

A shuttle bus service has been set up to run along the orange and green lines and stop at the metro stations immediately before and after Lionel-Groulx. Passengers who need to switch between the two lines can use the shuttle service to transfer at Lionel-Groulx station.
Police are on the scene rerouting traffic.
Drivers heading east towards downtown are facing congestion and delays.

PSY, the Korean artist who brought us "Gangnam Style" has come out with his next song called "Gentleman."

Does it compare? Will it become the next big sensation like Gangnam Style? I think it sounds good with a nice beat and it's pretty catchy.

Potential bomb threat shuts down commercial arteries in Pointe Claire

Montreal police confirmed that "a suspicious package" was left at the Esso gas station that sits in the Fairview Pointe Claire parking lot at the corner of St. John's and Brunswick boulevards in Pointe Claire has shut down major traffic arteries, said Montreal Police Service Const. Pierre-Luc Du Sablon.
Du Sablon reported that police were called around 12:30 this afternoon about a suspicious package left on the gas station property and are advising motorists to avoid the area because the risk of potential explosion. A security perimeter has been set up around the area and access to the busy intersection, considered the commercial heart of the West Island, is extremely limited, if not outright cut off.
"The SWAT team is on its way" to the scene, Du Sablon reported.
The suspicious package "could be anything," and has prompted very real fears in the aftermath of yesterday's Boston Marathon bombing incident, which saw two explosions set off near the finish line kill at least two and injure hundreds more.

UPDATE 2:25 p.m. Police bomb squad robot is pulling package away from the front of the gas station, thus far still intact, reports CJAD's Dan Delmar. No reports yet on the origin of the package.

Prince Embarks on 28 Show West Coast Tour

Tonight Prince begins his 28 show tour starting in Vancouver, BC. He will visit 7 cities and play 4 shows in each city, 2 each night.

Wish I could attend a show, but they are all too far! I hope he does something in the East soon!

My Next Nail Sticker Manicure!

The Sally Hansen nail stickers that I tried recently are marked that they last for about 10 days. I had them on for around 5 days I think and I was pretty impressed. They seemed to hold up pretty well considering what I do for a living with my hands always in water. The nail polish that I had along with it chipped faster than the nail stickers so it was cool to me. I think 5 days was ok because I get bored of my polish quickly anyways!

Now I have tried my next set. These are by Essie and I will see how they hold up against the Sally Hansen nail art. I tried the leopard print ones and painted my nails a taupe color. These ones have a textured feeling to them. The leopard spots protrude and you can feel them. They are thicker than the others but I guess that is probably because of the raised texture. They were easy to put on like the other ones but these ones I had to cut the excess off, whereas the other ones I just slid over the edge of my nail and they cut themselves. We will see how they do!

The Titanic ship struck an iceberg 101 years ago today on April 14th, 1912 at 11:40pm and sank at 2:20 am on the 15th... such a tragic event!

Nail art stickers!

I got some free samples of nail art stickers in some magazines I received in the mail. I have never tried nail art stickers before and I have never really wanted to try them because I thought they might fall off, especially with my job at a hair salon. My hands are always in water and my nail polish chips quickly as it is! But I got these for free so I thought I might try them... nothing to lose, really. The only annoying thing is that in the free samples they only give you 2 to try!

The first I have tried are by Sally Hansen and they are a hounds tooth pattern. I painted the rest of my nails black to go along with it. I applied them Monday night and I have showered and washed my hair and washed my hands around the house and they haven't budged yet. I will see how they hold up at work!

I have 4 other samples to try from Essie, I will see if the Essie ones are as good as the Sally Hansen ones.

He adds there’s historically been bad blood between Prince and AEG because, “In 2007, Prince performed 21 nights [at O2 arena in London], a record. AEG promised him no one would perform more nights than him. In 2009 AEG booked Michael Jackson there for 50 nights before [his] death. So AEG went back on their word which upset Prince, obviously.” But, he adds there is no lingering bad blood or ongoing politics: “Prince is embarking on his tour . . . in mid-April and some of the dates are with AEG.” A rep for Prince didn’t get back to us."

Snooki & JWoww Season Finale

Season 2 of Snooki & Jwoww's show on MTV ended this Tuesday. I have no idea if they will get signed for another season after this. They have really come so far already. In the first season Snooki was just announcing her pregancy and then in the second season she showed us her wild adventures with baby Lorenzo. On the finale, they even had the cast of Jersey Shore join them for a celebration party for Roger And JWoww. I will be bored on Tuesdays without them!
